Here we are again..... or should I say "Still", yes it has been over 2 years since Mareeba First National Real Estate changed hands, 2 years filled with hard work and more hard work. We had our fair share of disappointments but overall a positive and rewarding time. Generally the Market for properties of all descriptions has been a bit flat, the First Home Buyers have been a bit more active in the past couple of months and there has been a return to the market of Investors chasing the good buys. There are still quite a few "investors" properties around, I'm sure that come the end of the Financial year we will see a bit of a scramble.... The past 12 months have seen a lot happening, from the so called financial meltdown to the cash hand out for first home buyers, from rises in interest rates to the fall and rise again of the same. We are confident that the market is on the way up again, we have a total of 4 wonderful agents trying very hard to accommodate vendors and buyers alike. The property management team had a ..... face lift and a re jig with all and sundry reinvigorated and running flat out like a lizard drinking!!!
